How to Use

1. Start with clean, dry eyelids (free of excess oil or old makeup) for the best hold.

2. Remove the applicator and wipe off any excess product from the tip for a clean start.

3. Apply along your upper lash line from the inner corner to outer corner.

4. To create a wing: extend the line past the outer corner of your eye and flick upward for the desired effect.
