Shipping Policy – Mink Retail

We aim to make your Mink experience as seamless and quick as possible.

Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 24 hours on regular business days.

NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, etc.): Same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

All Other Locations (India): Delivery within 2–3 business days.

Please note, we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout so you’re fully informed before completing your purchase.

Delivery & Responsibility

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you're unavailable, please ensure someone (family member, colleague, or neighbor) is authorized to receive the order on your behalf.

We cannot be held responsible for goods signed for by another individual or for any damage that occurs after delivery is completed.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team at email@themink.in on the same day of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability and logistics, though this won’t apply to all orders.
