At Mink, we’re committed to delivering not just exceptional products but a seamless shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process as outlined below.
Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders – India Only)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
Unused and unopened
In its original condition and packaging
Accompanied by the original invoice
Please do not send back any items without receiving return confirmation and instructions from our team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at email@themink.in with photos and order details. We will ensure a quick resolution.
Return Shipping
Mink offers free return pickup on all eligible domestic returns. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your address at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at email@themink.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Await return confirmation and detailed instructions.
Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and includes the original invoice.
Hand over the parcel to our designated courier partner.
Note: Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT). We’ll request your bank details once the return is approved.
